1CONNECT currently supports SSO integration with Google, Microsoft, and Okta.
Important Considerations
Enabling SSO affects all staff members across your buildings.
Users will no longer sign in using their 1CONNECT passwords. Instead, they will access the 1CONNECT Portal and App through the configured SSO provider.

Google & Microsoft Integration - for Google or Microsoft SSO, please contact support@1valet.com and request activation for your selected domain.
Domain-Based Restrictions
Google and Microsoft SSO can only be enabled for staff members whose email matches a specific domain name.
This method is ideal when all employees share a common domain.
Example: At 1VALET, all employees use emails ending in@1valet.com, so SSO can be enabled for this domain.
