Under the Available fobs bucket is a button to Request more fobs. Click on it and an Intercom chat window will open with an auto-populated request to 1VALET to send more fobs to your building. The message is editable, so you can add any details, like the number of fobs you’ll need, to the message.
A customer service representative will send a reply confirming that your request has been received.
Once you’ve made a request for fobs, a 1VALET representative will keep you updated with the order details for your fobs, including cost and length of time for delivery.
