For amenity fees, if your building requires amenity booking approvals then you will only be charged when your booking is approved. If your building has automatic booking approvals turned on, then you will be charged for the amenity fees as soon as you complete the booking from the app.

Deposits are only collected if your property decides to collect them after a booking completes.
