When an amenity booking that requires payment is approved and the payment succeeds, a charge will be added to the resident ledger for the charge code selected in the amenity set up screen (picture below). Immediately after adding the charge, a corresponding payment for that charge is added to the leger to settle it.
A separate charge code can be used for amenity usage fees and deposits if required.
