Overview
The Elevator and Floor Release functionality in the 1CONNECT Portal gives property managers and staff greater control over elevator access for guests, ensuring that elevators are available only when needed and for authorized individuals. With this feature, you can manually release elevators and select specific floors to enhance building security and operational efficiency.

Release Elevators for Guests: Staff can release elevators for guests from multiple areas within the 1CONNECT Portal, including:

Two Options for Elevator Release: Automatic or Manual: There are two options for elevator releases: Automatic and Manual.
Automatic Release (Default Setting): Elevators are automatically unlocked for a set duration after staff grants entry via the intercom.
Manual Release: If you prefer more control over when elevators are released, you can opt for manual unlocking. This allows you to release elevators only when needed.
By default, automatic release is enabled, but you can contact us at support@1VALET.com to switch to manual release if desired.
Unlocking Specific Floors: For buildings with secured floors enabled, staff can now release elevators for specific floors. This gives you finer control over which floors are accessible at any given time.
