To get notified via Email or 1CONNECT app push notification for new Store orders placed by your residents, navigate to your preferences section in the 1CONNECT Portal via the profile icon at the top right of the screen.
From here you can choose if you want to be notified of new Store orders via email notification or 1CONNECT app notification by toggling on the option in the list for Store orders.
