1VALET’s integration with the Yardi Voyager resident management platform allows property management to oversee all key resident contact information centrally within their Yardi database, and have this information sync to the 1CONNECT property management portal and entry system directory. This avoids duplicate data entry and allows for smoother move-in and move-out experiences.

​For Residents to be integrated into the 1VALET system, they must be set as Current or Future Residents with a valid 10-digit North American phone number listed in their profile under the Mobile or Home field.

NOTE: If you have Yardi integration, you will have a green Sync button at the right corner of the page ADD NEW RESIDENT. The green Sync button can be used to add and sync resident details from Yardi as you will not be able to add new residents directly on the portal.
