If your building has a 1VALET smart thermostat integration (not all buildings do), you can control your unit's temperature and set point with the 1VALET App.

It’s important to know that each thermostat works differently with the 1VALET App, depending on the make and model. Although we attempt to update the mode, set-point, and room temperature across devices in real-time, this is not always possible, and often-times, there will be a short delay.
​
To reduce delays, we suggest using the 1VALET App when adjusting your temperature instead of the thermostat itself.
