How do I retrieve my package through the 1VALET App

For buildings that have a smart locker or 1VALET Package room (not all have them), you will receive a notification when a package has been deposited. To retrieve your package, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Home screen of the 1VALET App, tap on the bell icon located in the top right part of the screen.

  2. Then, find your delivery notification. Tap on it to retrieve the code.

  3. At the smart locker or package room Entry System, follow the prompts and use the unique numeric or QR code provided in the notification message to unlock the smart locker compartment or package room door.

  4. Retrieve your package, and close the smart locker compartment or parcel room door behind you.

Please note that for added security, QR codes are single-use and will not work more than once. Therefore, if you open the locker with your code, then leave your package in there to retrieve at a later time, you will not be able to use the same code and will need assistance from your Property Manager.

For buildings that have a 1VALET Package room specifically, there is a secure backup QR code that can be used in cases where your courier may not have correctly inputting your unit during package dropoff. To retrieve your package in this case, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Home screen of the 1VALET App, tap the "Deliveries" tile near the top.

  2. If you do not see any notifications for packages awaiting pick-up, select the QR code icon in the bottom right.

  3. At the package room Entry system, follow the Resident prompt and use the QR code to unlock the package room door.
