To turn off automatic payments, tap on the balance widget on your home screen, and then tap on "Payment Settings & AutoPay."

From here, tap on the "Turn Off 1VALET AutoPay" link located at the bottom of the screen.

As a final step, select how you will be paying your balance in the future - through the 1VALET app without AutoPay, or through an external method.

We ask for this so that we can display the correct payment information and prevent accidental double payment if you decide to turn on 1VALET AutoPay in the future (when "External Payments" is selected).
