First, check with your staff account admin to ensure they have created a staff account for you in 1CONNECT.

Please attempt to identify your user account administrator internally prior to contacting 1VALET

If your admin has verified that they have created your account, the next step is to search your mailbox and SPAM folders in your email system for an email from "noreply@1valet.com". If the email is not in any of your folders, you can ask your admin to send you a new invite from the 1CONNECT Portal. If you repeat the search of the email from your mailbox and it is still not there within a few minutes, it is likely that your email was blocked or flagged by our system. This can occur sometimes if your account admin added your account in 1CONNECT before your email was created.

If this occurs please have your admin contact 1VALET to rectify the issue.
