Community Posts allow residents to list items for sale, and offer services or activities on a shared bulletin board. These posts can be viewed by other residents of the building. Any payments for the posted items can only be made in person.

Moderation

Community posts can be set to require approval from building staff. In this case, other residents will not be able to see the posts until they are manually approved.

If approval is not required, the posts will appear immediately. Building staff can remove approved posts at any time.

Reporting

Residents can report offensive posts themselves. A post gets automatically removed after three reports. Posts with one or two reports can be reviewed by management, and as a result a post can either be removed, or its reports can be discarded.

Banning

Residents can be banned from creating new posts. Such residents are still able to view other community posts, but cannot create their own.
