Some buildings may be configured in 1VALET as a multi-building community (usually a set of physically co-located buildings). If a building you have access to is configured this way, you will see orders from residents in any building within that community. This allows you to manage orders from any resident in any of the buildings in that community without having to switch buildings using the building selector in the 1CONNECT Portal side menu. Under these circumstances, the building name will be displayed beside the resident name so it's clear which building the order came from
