When is an event considered full?

An event is considered full when the number of bookings reaches the event’s capacity limit.

Only Community Events with:

  • “Require a booking to attend” enabled, and

  • A capacity set

can become full.

What residents will see

When an event is full:

  • Residents will see that the event is full on the event details screen

  • They will not be able to book a spot

  • No additional bookings can be made unless space becomes available

What happens if a spot opens up?

If a booking is cancelled:

  • A spot becomes available again

  • Residents can book the event on a first-come, first-served basis

Are waitlists available?

No. Waitlists are not supported at this time.

Residents must:

  • Check back manually for availability

  • Book if a spot opens up

Important notes

  • Meetings and Notices cannot be full

  • Events without a capacity limit cannot be full

  • “Interested” responses (when booking is not required) do not count toward capacity

Best practices

  • Set a realistic capacity to avoid overbooking

  • Monitor bookings for high-demand events

  • Consider sending reminders or updates if spots become available
