The Maintenance Request feature allows residents to submit maintenance requests from the 1VALET App, and allows staff to manage those requests in the 1CONNECT Portal or through the 1CONNECT App.
If your building is not linked to an external CRM, you can configure maintenance categories and enable this feature yourself. Once enabled, residents will be able to submit requests through the 1VALET App.
However, if your building is linked to Yardi, please contact us to enable this feature. 1VALET needs permissions to get these requests from Yardi, and display them (and their status) on 1CONNECT, so additional configuration steps are required.
The video below shows an example of Maintenance Requests in a Yardi-linked building. However, most of the functionality is the same for a standalone (non-Yardi configuration) building.
