If you find that you are frequently signed out of the app, please follow these steps first before calling 1VALET Support:
- Ensure that you have the latest version of the 1VALET App installed 
- Ensure that your device’s operating system is updated 
- Restart your device 
- If you cannot access the “More” screen to find out the version number, and you keep getting signed out, try re-installing the app 
If have done all of the above and still find yourself getting signed out, please contact 1VALET Support at support@1valet.com, and ensure you have the following information on hand so we can help you:
- Your device model (e.g. iPhone 13, Samsung Galaxy 12, etc.) 
- The version of your operating system (typically found in your device’s settings) 
- 1VALET App version currently installed on your device (found at the very bottom of the "More" menu.
