If you find that you are frequently signed out of the app, please follow these steps first before calling 1VALET Support:
Ensure that you have the latest version of the 1VALET App installed
Ensure that your device’s operating system is updated
Restart your device
If you cannot access the “More” screen to find out the version number, and you keep getting signed out, try re-installing the app
If have done all of the above and still find yourself getting signed out, please contact 1VALET Support at support@1valet.com, and ensure you have the following information on hand so we can help you:
Your device model (e.g. iPhone 13, Samsung Galaxy 12, etc.)
The version of your operating system (typically found in your device’s settings)
1VALET App version currently installed on your device (found at the very bottom of the "More" menu.
