We will need to establish whether others in your building are experiencing this issue or if it’s specific to your phone.

Please check to see that the volume is turned up on your phone. If it’s turned up, and you are able to hear other apps, music, etc., check to see that the 1VALET App is up-to-date with the latest version.

Finally, please ensure that you have the latest version of your device’s operating system installed. After making any necessary updates, you can test to see if you can hear calls by going to the Entry System and calling yourself. If there is still no sound coming through, please reach out to your Property Manager and to our Customer Support Team at support@1valet.com to open a ticket, and someone from our team will contact you.

When communicating with our team, please include your building name, unit number, and phone number. Also, to help us serve you better, please include your device model, the version of your operating system (typically found in your device’s settings), and the app version currently installed on your device.
