If you've entered the incorrect passcode 5 times, you will be temporarily locked out of the app and will have to wait an hour before you can attempt to sign in again. This is done for security purposes.
Once an hour has passed, you can attempt to sign in again. To avoid getting locked out again, we suggest resetting your passcode if you are having difficulty remembering it.
