In accordance with the 1VALET Privacy Policy, the app is not intended for children under the age of 12.

For children older than 12, you can add them as a guest and they will be able to download a version of the app that allows access to entry doors. You can also give access to the suite door if your suite has a digital lock that can be controlled from the app.
