When you move into a new suite in your building, you will receive a new app invite from your property manager. You will not need to re-download the app, but you will be prompted to go through the steps for activating your account. The steps involved may differ, depending on when your property manager sent you the invite (before you moved out of your old suite or after). If they sent you the invite before you officially moved out, you will be asked if you want to "link" your account. Tap "yes." In other cases, you may need to choose a new username and passcode.
When you move suites, your access to the building and app features will remain the same, however, you will not be able to access information from your previous suite (e.g. messages with Property Management, history of amenity bookings, etc.).
