How do I reserve guest parking?

For buildings that support this feature, residents will be able to book parking through the Amenities section of the 1VALET App.

  1. Tap on Amenities and select “Guest Parking”

  2. If more than one type of parking is available, select the one you would like to book

  3. Next, tap on the “Start Booking” button located at the bottom of the screen

  4. If your property manager has attached a policy for reserving the space, please read it and tap on “I agree” to continue with the booking

  5. On the next screen, select the date you would like to book. Tap on the “Continue” button located at the bottom of the screen

  6. Select the time(s) you would like to book and tap on “Continue.” Some buildings allow multiple selections of time slots. Tap on “Continue”

  7. Please provide additional information, such as the license plate of your guest's car, and tap on “Send Request”

  8. If your booking requires approval by your property manager, you will receive a notification once it's been approved

  9. To view your request, tap on the “My Bookings” button located at the top of the Amenities screen
