For security purposes, we don't allow residents to change their username, like with any other type of account, your username cannot be changed.
If you want to view your username, tap on the 1VALET icon located at the bottom navigation bar of the 1VALET App Home screen.
Then tap on “My Account,” located beside “My Building."
Clicking on the gear icon beside your name will open up a new window with your account information, including your username.
