How do I change my username?

For security purposes, we don't allow residents to change their username from within the app. If you need to change your username, you will need to contact 1VALET Customer Support at support@1valet.com, and someone from our team will make the change.

Please note that this should only be done if you have a good reason.

If you want to view your username, tap on the “More” icon, located on the bottom navigation bar of the 1VALET App Home screen.

Then tap on “Account Info,” located under “Resident Profile.”

Under “Sign-in credentials” you’ll see an item called “Username” with your username listed.
