If you live in a 1VALET-enabled building, you should have received an invitation from your Property Manager to download the app. If you have an email on file, you will receive the invite by email, otherwise, you will receive a text message.

The email will contain a link to download the app along with a single-use 6-digit activation code. Please ensure to open the email on your mobile device so that when you tap on the link, you will go to the App Store or Play Store and install it from there. If you tap the link from your computer, you will access our website instead.

If you have not received an email, check your Spam folder. Otherwise, contact your Property Manager, and she or he will tell you what your code is.

Once you’ve downloaded the 1VALET App from the store, you can proceed with activating your account. Make sure to have your 6-digit activation code on hand. Open the app and from the welcome screen, tap on the “Activate Account” button.

Now enter your 6-digit activation code.

Next, enter the last 4 digits of the phone number associated with your account. If you are getting an error message, please contact your property manager to verify which number is linked to your account.

Once you’ve successfully entered the last 4 digits of your account’s phone number, you will be prompted to choose a username. We recommend using your email address.

Finally, you’ll be asked to select a 4-digit passcode. We recommend choosing a passcode that is easy to remember but hard for others to guess.

Once you’ve done this, you’re all set! Welcome to the 1VALET App!
