Who do I contact about getting a refund?
Please contact your Property Manager for inquiries about refunds. 1VALET is not authorized to perform refunds on any transactions made by residents in the building, unless requested in writing by Property Management.
Refunds can take up to 7 business days to be returned to your account, depending on the payment method used to pay. Please note that, as stated in our terms of service , service fees are non-refundable. If your Property is refunding you due to an issue on their end, it is up to them to decide if they want to reimburse you outside of our payment system for the service fees you were charged. If you feel you have been charged accidentally by your Property, please contact them to resolve the issue.
