Scheduled future AutoPay payments are automatically canceled once you are moved out of the 1VALET system by your property manager.

However, if your property manager fails to remove you from the 1VALET system, and you have not explicitly turned off AutoPay, you will still be charged by 1VALET. In this case, your property manager will be responsible for refunding you any overpaid amount that you were incorrectly charged.

If additional payments are still required by your building after you have moved out, please contact your property manager to arrange payments outside of the 1VALET app.

Evictions and AutoPay

If your property manager has removed you from our system, your automatic payments will be stopped. However, sometimes property managers will choose to keep residents in our system for some time after being evicted; in which case 1VALET AutoPay would still be turned on.

If you are unsure if you will be charged, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@1valet.com to request that payments set up through the 1VALET App be stopped on your account. You are responsible for any outstanding payments your property is owed.
