“Full Balance” AutoPay is typically used when one person in the suite pays the entire balance, and when the balance amount can fluctuate each month. The amount will depend on what your property has added to your balance for the month, and 1VALET is not able to adjust this. Choosing this option ensures your entire balance owing at the time of the scheduled payment is paid.

Please keep in mind that a Service Fee will always be added on top of your balance amount, and may vary depending on what payment method you have used to pay. For more information on service fees, check your AutoPay settings in the 1VALEt App, and look for the service fees link to view the various service fees we charge.

“Custom amount” AutoPay may be available depending on the settings your Property has allowed. It can allow you to split payments with others in your suite, or pay a specific fixed amount every month so you know exactly what will be taken from your account. As with “Full balance” AutoPay, you will be charged service fees on top of the custom amount you specify. The service fees will be displayed to you during AutoPay setup, and you can also check them any time from the AutoPay settings screen.

1VALET reserves the right to change the service fee amounts at any time as stated in our Terms of Service.
