Getting started

The 1VALET App provides guests with digital keys for building access. If you have received an invitation to download the 1VALET App, you will be able to create a 1VALET guest account.

The invitation will contain a download link and a single-use 6-digit code that will be used to create your guest account. Please tap on the download link from your mobile phone, and install it from the store (App Store for Apple, and Play Store for Android).

Please note that you will not be able to install the app on your desktop computer or laptop.

If you were expecting the invitation via email but have not received it, check your Spam folder.

Activating your account

Once you’ve downloaded the 1VALET App from the store, you can proceed with activating your account. Make sure to have your 6-digit activation code on hand. Open the app and from the welcome screen, tap on the “Activate Account” button.

Now enter your 6-digit activation code.

Sometimes a guest will forget that they've already activated their account. If you are receiving an error informing you that the activation code is no longer valid, try signing into the appby going back to the Welcome screen and tapping on the “Sign in” link.

Next, enter the last 4 digits of the phone number associated with your account. If you are getting an error message, please contact the building's property manager to verify which number is linked to your account.

Choosing a username and passcode

Once you’ve successfully entered the last 4 digits of your account’s phone number, you will be prompted to choose a username. We recommend using your email address.

Finally, you’ll be asked to select a 4-digit passcode. We recommend choosing a passcode that is easy to remember but hard for others to guess.

Once you’ve done this, you’re all set! Welcome to the 1VALET App!

If you have been given building access, you should see your digital keys on the app's home screen.
