The rent payment processing time varies depending on the payment method used.
Credit and debit card payments typically succeed or fail immediately after the resident attempts the payment.
Bank transfer payments, such as PAD in Canada or ACH in the U.S., may take a few business days to process.
For PAD and ACH Payments:
PAD payments in Canada can take up to 5 business days to fully process.
ACH payments in the U.S. can take up to 4 business days.
During this time, you will see the payment in the Payments section of the 1CONNECT Portal with a status of “Pending”. Once the funds have been secured and transferred into your building's 1VALET payment account, the status will change to “Paid”.
