The rent payment processing time varies depending on the payment method used. Generally, credit and debit card payments will succeed or fail as soon as the resident attempts the payment, while bank transfer payments may take between 3 and 5 business days. During the time PAD/ACH payments are processing, you will be able to see the payment in the Payments section of the 1CONNECT Portal with a status of “Pending”. Once the funds have been secured and transferred into your building's 1VALET payment account, the status changes to “Paid”.
