The payment processing time varies, depending on the payment method used.

One-time payments

Generally, credit card payments will succeed or fail as soon as you attempt to make the payment, while Pre-authorized Debit (PAD) or Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments may take up to 3 business days.

During the time a PAD payment is processing, the status will indicate “Pending”. Once the funds have been secured, the status will change to “Paid”.

AutoPay payments

AutoPay payments are typically processed before 8 a.m. in your local building time zone. However, in rare circumstances, a payment may not be processed until 5 p.m. local building time.

If your AutoPay payment is not showing in your transaction history under “Pending” (for Pre-Authorized Debit or Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments made with a bank account) or “Processed” (for payments made with credit/debit cards) by 5 p.m., there was likely a problem, and we will have notified you if the payment failed by email.

If this occurs, you must plan to make a payment outside of our AutoPay feature (for example, a one-time payment through the 1VALET App) to ensure you do not incur any additional fees from your building. Please ensure that your payment method has sufficient funds on file and that the financial institution is not blocking your payment.

If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support Team at support@1valet.com.
