How do I update my 1CONNECT password?

Only organizations that are not using single sign-on options from Google or Microsoft can change their password in 1CONNECT.

If you typically sign in with one of the following options, you will need to change your password outside of 1CONNECT.

While logged in, at the top right of the screen, look for the profile icon. Once selected click on "My profile".

Once on your profile screen, if your account is not using a single sign on (see above), you'll see an option to update your password.

Once on the update password screen, you'll be able to update your password after entering your old password.

Your password can only be updated if you've successfully entered your current password, and your new password is not one you have used previously. If you attempt and fail 5 times, you'll be locked out of the portal for security purposes
