Only organizations that are not using single sign-on options from Google or Microsoft can change their password in 1CONNECT. If you have been locked out of your Google or Microsoft account for too many failed attempts, you'll have to follow their procedures for resetting your password.

I you are not using single sign-on and have attempted to login or change your password unsuccessfully 5 times in a row, you will be locked-out of 1CONNECT for security purposes and will need to reset your password.

To reset your password click "Reset Password", then enter your email and click "send password reset link" to receive a link to go through the reset password process.

If your email exists in our system you'll receive and email from noreply@1valet.com with instructions on how to proceed.

If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, it is possible your email has been blocked by our system, or the email has gone to your spam folder. For more information on what to do if you have not received the email, please click here.
