The onboarding email that staff receive after their account has been created is active for 7 days. After 7 days if the link from the email is clicked, it will direct the staff member to request a new link. If they request a new link, it will be sent to their email and is again active for 7 more days. Alternatively, as a staff account admin, you can send a new invite from the Staff Accounts section in the 1CONNECT Portal by clicking on the action button from the side panel for the staff account.
