Building Alerts are designed to keep you informed about the health of connected services within the building.
A Salto Encoder Unavailable alert is a result of a network or power issue - maybe something was unplugged, the power tripped briefly, or any other related issue. However long, this would trigger a Salto Encoder Unavailable alert.
Most times, these alerts do resolve themselves once the encoder is back online but in some cases, a manual refresh should help and resolve.
If you find the manual refresh does not resolve this alert, you may need to reach out to your building's Security Integrator to review the Salto Encoder's connection. The details of your Security Integrator can be found within this alert under 'Suggested Action'.
