For buildings with Tier 2 packages or above, your SALTO access control integration with 1VALET allows full fob management within the 1CONNECT property management portal. If your property uses SALTO access control as part of your 1VALET package, you may need to order additional fobs for your building over time.
How to Tell if Your Building Needs More Fobs
Head over to 1CONNECT's Fobs & Access Codes tab. In your dashboard at the top of the page, you will see a fob availability breakdown, showing you how many existing building fobs are available to be assigned.
Who to Contact For More Fobs
If you are running low on fobs, your first contact will be your building's SALTO access control provider (the company that installed and commissioned your SALTO equipment), who can provide you with additional SALTO fobs and car tags. They will work with 1VALET to ensure the fobs are properly encoded for your building.
