To activate this feature, navigate to the Amenities screen and click Manage Amenities at the top right of the screen (Note: Some users may not see this option if their administrator has not granted the necessary permissions).

Next, locate your Guest Parking amenity and click Edit. Scroll down to the section just below where you set the number of available parking spots to find the new Vehicle Information setting. Here, you can enable the Require Vehicle Details toggle and select which fields residents must fill out when booking guest parking. Only the fields you enable will be displayed in the resident app during the booking process.

Once enabled, residents will be required to enter the selected vehicle details when reserving a guest parking spot.

If a resident doesn’t yet have the required details (e.g., they are booking for a rental car their guest hasn’t received yet), they will be unable to complete the booking. However, managers can override this restriction and complete the booking on their behalf through the 1CONNECT portal. Additionally, managers can edit vehicle details from the booking side panel if updates are needed after a booking has been created.
