What is a single event occurrence?

A single event occurrence refers to:

  • A single occurrence of a recurring event

A one-time event behaves much like a single occurrence of a recurring event.

Performance metrics at this level show how that specific event performed.

Where do I view performance?

You can view performance metrics from the event details side panel.

These metrics apply only to that specific event or occurrence.

What performance data is included?

Performance is divided into two sections:

  • Financial performance

  • Engagement performance

Financial performance

  1. Revenue

    • Displays the total revenue collected for the event.

    • Only includes approved bookings with successful payment

    • Refunded payments are not included

Engagement performance

  1. Impressions

    1. The number of times the event was shown to residents.

  2. Clicks

    1. The number of times residents opened or tapped on the event.

  3. Click-through rate

    1. The percentage of residents who clicked on the event after seeing it.

  4. Booking conversion rate

    1. The percentage of residents who booked (or showed interest) after clicking on the event.

  5. Total attendees

    1. The total number of people attending the event.

      • Based on approved bookings

      • Includes guests

  6. Average attendees per booking

    1. The average number of people included in each booking.

    2. Not applicable if the event does not require bookings

  7. Attendance rate

    1. The percentage of capacity filled for the event.

  8. Cancellation rate

    1. The percentage of bookings that were cancelled.

How to use these metrics

These metrics help you understand how a specific event performed.

Look for:

  • High impressions + low clicks → event may not be appealing

  • High clicks + low bookings → friction in booking or pricing

  • High bookings + high attendance → strong event

  • High cancellations → possible scheduling or expectation issues
