We will need to establish whether others in your building are experiencing this issue or if it’s specific to your phone.

As a first step, please check to see that the 1VALET App is up-to-date with the latest version.

If your app is up-to-date, please ensure that you have the latest version of your device’s operating system installed. After making any necessary updates, you can test to see if the issue is resolved by going to the Entry System and calling yourself.

If there is still no video coming through, please reach out to your Property Manager and to our Customer Support Team at support@1valet.com to open a ticket, and someone from our team will contact you.
