My payment failed, now what?

1VALET will notify you of any failed payments by email and push notifications. Please note that failed payment transactions are not recorded in your payment history on the 1VALET App.

If your payment has failed, you may receive an NSF (not sufficient funds) charge from your Property appearing on your balance. This amount will vary from building to building and is at the discretion of your Property.

Failed AutoPay payments

If you have AutoPay set up with your credit/debit card and received a notification that the payment failed and are not sure why, please contact your financial institution, as it can occur for any number of reasons, including insufficient funds, account closures, fraud safety measures, and many others.

Please note that we do not retry failed AutoPay payments. You must sign into the 1VALET mobile app and make a new one-time payment if this occurs.
