Making a one-time payment

To make a one-time payment go to the Payments section of the 1VALET app by tapping on the Payments widget located on the top left corner of the app's home screen. You can also access "Payments" by tapping on the “More” icon on the bottom navigation bar and tapping on the Payments tab. This will take you to the Payments main screen.

Next, select "Make One-time Payment." Select a payment method. If there are no payment methods listed, you'll need to do this first. You can either Add a Credit Card or Bank Account. Please note that we will save your payment information for future transactions. If you do not wish to save it once the transaction is complete, you can always delete it after.

Once you've selected a payment method, you will need to select the amount you would like to pay. You can either pay the full balance or, if your building allows it*, you can make a partial payment by choosing "Custom Amount" and entering the amount you would like to pay.

**Some properties that use our service do not wish to allow residents to pay less than their full balance. If they have restricted this capability, it means you cannot split your rent balance with someone else, or make multiple payments to pay your balance. Please talk to your property manager if you have concerns or need to make payments in installments.**

Once you've selected/entered the amount, tap "Continue."

Before completing the transaction, please review the information on the screen and agree to 1VALET's Terms & Conditions and agreement to pay the service fee.

Once this is done, you'll see that the "Pay Now" button is available. Go ahead and tap on it to complete the transaction.

If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support Team at support@1valet.com.
