What happens if a resident payment succeeds but fails to post to the resident ledger?

For many reasons, a payment could fail to be posted to the Yardi ledger (the Yardi service is down for example). If this occurs, 1VALET will retry daily to ensure the ledger is up to date with the latest transactions that have been made. When a payment has not yet been posted to the Yardi ledger, 1VALET tracks this in the 1VALET management portal and it should be processed on the following day. If you encounter any issues, please contact 1VALET Support, outlining the payment number, unit number and tenant name and advise the 1VALET rep of the situation.
