Who can view and manage staff user accounts in 1CONNECT?

Only staff that have the "full access" permission group assigned to buildings will be able to view the Staff Accounts tab on the left-side menu for a building. Admins always have "full access" and can also add staff. If you can't see this tab, then you do not have permissions to manage staff accounts for the building you have selected in the top left side menu in 1CONNECT. If you believe you should have this capability, then please reach out to your staff accounts admin.

Please attempt to identify your user account administrator internally prior to contacting 1VALET.
