If a new building has been onboarded in 1VALET the only users who will have automatic access to that building will be your building's admins. Any other staff who need access to a new building must have that building added manually by either an admin or another user in that building with "full access" permissions that manages staff accounts for 1CONNECT.
If you need to contact your admin, but do not know their contact information, please check within your organization first before contacting 1VALET.
