If you are not able to access a specific feature or perform a certain action within the 1CONNECT portal but other staff in your organization can, your account may have restricted permissions that have been set by your staff account admin. For more information on staff account admins, please click here.

Please attempt to find and ask your admin internally before contacting 1VALET about access to a feature that some other staff may have, but that you do not.
