Why don't I see a specific building in the listed buildings when trying to add or edit a staff account?

If you have the ability to manage staff accounts (click here to see who can) and are trying to add a building to a user's list of buildings they can see and access within 1CONNECT, but it isn't listed, there there are a couple of possibilities:

  1. You do not have permission to access that building on your account. Buildings that you do not have access to, but that exist in 1VALET for your organization are not shown in the building list when you will try to add a new user or edit an existing user. Please contact your staff account administrator if you believe you should have access to it.

  2. The building is not "Live" yet. Buildings may be under construction or may not be fully set up in 1VALET and thus won't show in the building list.

Please, always check internally within your organization before contacting 1VALET to identify who your staff account admin is or if you need changes to the buildings you have access to
