Why can't I delete certain users/staff from 1CONNECT?

If you have access to manage staff accounts but the "Remove Staff" button is disabled, there are a few possible reasons why:

  1. The user/staff may have access to more buildings than you have access to and thus you cannot delete them. You'll need to contact your admin to have this account removed if required. Even if the building's that show in their profile are the same ones you have access to this is likely still the case because we do not display buildings for a user that you do not have access to.

  2. You cannot remove your own user

  3. You cannot remove an administrator

Please, always check internally within your organization before contacting 1VALET to identify who your staff account admin is or if you need changes to the buildings you have access to
