If you're seeing a message in the 1VALET Resident App that you’ve been blocked from making online payments, this means that your property manager has disabled your ability to make payments through the app.

What This Means for You

  • You won’t be able to make one-time rent payments through the app.

  • Any existing AutoPay payments will also be blocked while this setting is in place.

Why Am I Blocked?

This setting is controlled entirely by your property manager—not 1VALET. Property managers may choose to block payments for various reasons, such as outstanding balances, lease status, or other internal policies.

What Should I Do?

If you believe this block is in error or need more information, we recommend contacting your property manager directly to discuss your payment options.
