How to Block a Resident from Making Payments
In Yardi, change the resident’s accepted payment method to anything other than "Any," such as:
Cash only
On hold
Do not accept
Once updated, the resident will be blocked from making payments through the app, including:
One-time payments
Any existing AutoPay payments
They will also see a warning in the app notifying them that they are blocked from making payments.
