Under Access and Security in the left nav of the Portal, you’ll find a subsection called Fobs and Access Codes.

Fobs are physical devices that send out a signal that lets a resident, building staff, or other visitors open a building door.

Codes are six-digit number codes that you can assign to staff and maintenance personnel to allow them to enter buildings via the Entry System.

On the main Fobs and Access Codes screen, there are quick overview buckets that show you the fobs that are available, the usage status of all fobs, the number of active entry codes, and the number of special fobs.

Special fobs are those that have been assigned full location access permissions.
