The activation code is a single-use code that is used to verify your identity during account creation. It is used when you are creating an account for the very first time. You will not need an activation code if you are re-installing the app sometime in the future (for example, when you change phones).

After installing the 1VALET app on a new phone, tap on the "Sign in" link at the bottom.

You will then be asked to enter your username and passcode. Once you've entered these successfully, you will have access to the 1VALET App.
