When you sign into your app after signing out, you will be prompted to enter your passcode only, as we show you your username at the very top of the screen.
However, if you’ve re-installed the app, you will be prompted to enter your username as well. If you’ve forgotten your username, tap the “Forgot Username” link at the bottom of the screen.
From here, we will ask you to enter the phone number associated with your account.
We will send you your username via text.
If you do not receive a text message, reach out to your property manager to ensure the account number on file matches your phone number.
