I’ve forgotten my username

When you sign into your app after signing out, you will be prompted to enter your passcode only, as we show you your username already in the username input box.

However, if you’ve re-installed the app, you'll have to tap on "Sign in to 1VALET" and you will be prompted to enter your username as well. If you’ve forgotten your username, tap the “username” link in the sentence that says "Did you forget your username or passcode".

From here, we will ask you to enter the phone number associated with your account.

We will send you your username via text.

If you do not receive a text message, reach out to your property manager to ensure the account number on file matches your phone number.
